Julianna: K-Pop

As Korea, specifically South Korea, had heavy American influences in the late 1960s, the culture exchange also happened vice versa. Korean culture, including K-Pop and K-dramas were able to spread through the invention of the internet.

One of the my favorite songs is Ending Scene by IU. I have been following IU for a while, after I watched one of her debut dramas in 8th grade. I dabble here and there with Korean culture, although I have not really been ‘extremely’ into it. However, this new song is absolutely wonderful and even though it’s in a different language I can feel the pain and sadness in her voice.
